Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for t-shirts in the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: If the t-shirt has defects such as stitching issues, fabric damage, or printing errors.
  2. Size Issues: If the size delivered does not match your order or doesn’t fit as per the size chart provided on the website.

Replacement Conditions:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • T-shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Custom or personalized t-shirts (e.g., with custom prints or names).
  • T-shirts purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable.

Shipping Returns

If you need to return your t-shirt for a replacement:

  • Contact us at support@desi-swag.in with your order details and the issue.
  • You will need to ship the item back to our address, which will be shared upon approval of your request.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. However, in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., item out of stock), we will issue a store credit or exchange.

Late or Missing Replacements

If you haven’t received your replacement within the specified timeframe:

  1. Confirm that the returned package has been delivered to us.
